1. Warranty Coverage

We provide a 12-month limited warranty on all lamps and lighting products purchased from moravane.com, starting from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects

Electrical faults not caused by misuse

Faulty components or workmanship

If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion:

Repair the product, or

Replace the product with the same or equivalent model, or

Issue a refund if repair or replacement is not possible

2. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper installation

Damage caused by power surges, improper voltage, or unauthorized modifications

Water damage (unless the product is explicitly rated as waterproof)

Commercial or rental use, unless stated otherwise

Light bulbs or consumable parts, unless otherwise specified

3. Warranty Claims Process

To make a warranty claim, please contact our support team with the following information:

Proof of purchase

Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Our team will review your claim within 3–5 business days and provide instructions for the next steps.

4. Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims

If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we will cover the cost of replacement shipping.

If the issue is not covered under warranty, return or replacement shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

5. Limitation of Liability

This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Maison Luro is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights depending on your location.
